Job summary

Klea Pharmaceuticals L.L.C. seeks a Medical Representative to launch and grow its UAE MEA portfolio. You will act as the scientific voice to doctors and pharmacists in an assigned territory, building prescriber and pharmacist advocacy through evidence-based engagement.

The post holder reports to the Country Manager, UAE and operates under the MOHAP scientific office licence. Field-based role handling launches with support from a distribution partner.

Qualifications

• Eligible for MOHAP registration as medical representative.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Formal sales or product training certificates from a pharma company.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a targeted list of physicians and pharmacists across the territory.
• Deliver planned call cycles with coverage targets in clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Present product data clearly: mechanism, evidence, dosing, and selection.
• Handle objections based on evidence and not pressure.
• Develop relationships with pharmacy chains for shelf presence and OTC lines.
• Execute brand launches, organize trainings and CME events.
• Represent Klea at congresses and society meetings.
• Ensure compliance with MOHAP rules and required training.
• Capture field insights and report them to marketing.
• Collaborate with partner sales teams and maintain CRM records.
