Job summary

Labatec is a Swiss-based pharmaceutical company looking for a Medical Representative to join the Dubai and Northern Emirates sales team. You will drive new launches, promote the product portfolio to hospitals, clinics and retailers, and strive to meet territorial sales targets through strategic engagement with healthcare professionals.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in medical sales, a related bachelor’s degree, and proven UAE market experience.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to medicine.
Experience in UAE market is required.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets through territory management and customer engagement.
Promote products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and healthcare institutions.
Plan and conduct visits per weekly/monthly plans.
Develop product knowledge and communicate clinical data effectively.
Build long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Provide market insights, competitor information and trends to support strategy.
Prepare and submit performance reports to improve sales efficiency.
