Job summary

HYF Medical Center invites an Insurance Coordinator to join our Insurance / Administration team in Dubai. You will verify eligibility, handle pre-authorizations, submit claims, and coordinate with insurance providers to ensure smooth patient billing and referrals.

The role requires UAE healthcare insurance knowledge, attention to detail and strong communication with patients, clinicians and finance. We offer a competitive salary and benefits in a premium international center.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in medical insurance, healthcare administration, insurance coordination or claims processing.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare insurance system and DHA requirements.
• Experience with pre-authorization, claims submission, rejection management and insurance reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage before appointments and treatments.
• Submit pre-authorization requests and follow up on approvals.
• Prepare and submit medical insurance claims accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for eligibility, approvals and payments.
• Maintain accurate insurance records and documentation.
