Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field and 1–3 years of UAE coding experience, with strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and medical terminology, and attention to detail to maintain compliance and support claims processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Coding, Health Information Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical coding, preferably in UAE healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and medical terminology.
• Good attention to detail, analytical skills, and documentation accuracy.
• UAE healthcare/insurance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and accurately code medical diagnoses, procedures, and services using ICD and CPT coding standards.
• Verify clinical documentation and ensure coding accuracy and completeness.
• Identify coding discrepancies and coordinate with clinical teams for clarification.
• Maintain compliance with UAE healthcare and insurance coding guidelines.
• Support claims processing and resolve coding-related queries.
