Job summary

TruDoc in Dubai is seeking a Medical Coding Specialist to review and code diagnoses, procedures, and services using ICD and CPT guidelines. You will verify documentation, ensure accuracy, and resolve discrepancies with clinical teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field and 1–3 years of UAE coding experience, with strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and medical terminology, and attention to detail to maintain compliance and support claims processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Coding, Health Information Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical coding, preferably in UAE healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and medical terminology.
• Good attention to detail, analytical skills, and documentation accuracy.
• UAE healthcare/insurance experience is preferred.
