Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a Site Engineer - Mechanical to supervise mechanical works on site, ensuring HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems meet approved drawings and project specs. You will coordinate with other disciplines and ensure safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities include inspections, testing, progress reporting, and liaison with consultants and clients for approvals. A Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years in MEP is required, with preference for high-rise

• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and other MEP disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and daily site productivity.
• Conduct inspections, pressure testing, and support testing & commissioning activities.
• Liaise with consultants and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, and local authority regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in MEP mechanical construction projects.

Experience In High-rise Residential Or Commercial Projects Preferred.
