Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a Site Engineer - Mechanical to supervise mechanical works on site, ensuring HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems meet approved drawings and project specs. You will coordinate with other disciplines and ensure safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities include inspections, testing, progress reporting, and liaison with consultants and clients for approvals. A Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years in MEP is required, with preference for high-rise

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise mechanical works on site and coordinate MEP disciplines.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute mechanical works on site per approved drawings and spec.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil and other MEP disciplines to avoid clashes.
• Monitor manpower, materials and on-site productivity.
• Conduct inspections, pressure testing and commissioning support.
• Liaise with consultants and client reps for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance and local regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site docs.
