Job summary

Tanqeeb in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to supervise daily site activities and optimize the performance of pumping stations and related mechanical systems.

You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and coordinate with teams to ensure safe, efficient operation. A UAE driving license is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance projects.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of pumping stations and mechanical systems.
• UAE driving license needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities on site.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify faults and corrective actions.
• Manage the operation and maintenance schedules of water pumps, irrigation systems, fountains, control panels, and related mechanical equipment.
• Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot the issues related to the mechanical assets and equipment.
• Prepare and submit technical drawings and documents as required.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure efficient work execution.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor system performance and improve efficiency.
• Prepare technical and progress reports.
