• Exhibit substantial expertise in the design, construction, and supervision of mechanical works, particularly related to pumping stations and force main infrastructure.
• Proficiency in surge analysis and related site tasks, with familiarity of various locations in Dubai for prompt emergency response.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage with the public and coordinate effectively with Dubai Municipality projects.
• Competence in drafting software, Microsoft Office applications, and specialized tools such as WANDA or Water Hammers, coupled with excellent communication abilities in English and decision‑making capacity.
• A valid UAE driving license is also necessary for this role.
