Job summary

Fatherson International Fze in Dubai seeks an HVAC Site Engineer to supervise installation works at site, review shop drawings, IFC drawings, specifications and design documents to ensure adherence to project requirements.

You will coordinate HVAC activities with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Architectural and Structural teams; monitor ductwork, piping, and equipment installation; prepare and follow up on RFIs, submittals and method statements; assist with testing, commissioning,

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage HVAC installation works at site.
• Review HVAC shop drawings, IFC drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Coordinate HVAC works with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Architectural, and Structural teams.
• Ensure HVAC installations are carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor ductwork, chilled-water piping, refrigerant piping, ventilation, and equipment installation.
• Coordinate installation of AHU, FAHU, FCU, Chillers, Pumps, Exhaust Fans, Fresh Air Systems, and other HVAC equipment
• Prepare and follow up on RFIs, material submittals, inspection requests, method statements, and technical submissions
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the required schedule.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, balancing, and handover of HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant UAE authority requirements, project specifications, and HSE procedures
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
