Job summary

Brainstorm Headhunting Specialist is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler for building construction projects in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on Electrical BIM Modeling, Revit MEP, electrical layouts, BIM coordination, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

Immediate joiner preferred and UAE-based candidates are required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of UAE Building/MEP experience, strong Revit MEP proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with architecture, structure and MEP

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in building/MEP projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP.
• Experience preparing electrical layouts, coordination drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Immediate joiner required and UAE-based.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Develop electrical layouts and coordinate drawings per project requirements.
• Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural, mechanical, and other MEP disciplines.
• Participate in BIM coordination and identify clashes.
• Update BIM models and drawings based on project changes, site conditions, and coordination requirements.
• Ensure models comply with project specifications and standards.
• Support engineers, BIM coordinators, project managers, and site teams with accurate technical drawings and BIM models.
• Maintain proper drawing revisions and BIM documentation.
• Deliver drawings and models according to project schedules and deadlines.
