We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Draftsman with strong expertise in Revit to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in preparing detailed mechanical drawings and models, with a solid understanding of MEP systems and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and BIM coordination drawings for HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and project teams to ensure accuracy and coordination.
• Review and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local authority regulations and company standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman in the UAE (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience in MEP drafting and BIM coordination.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Knowledge of Dubai authority regulations (DEWA, DM, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
