Job summary

QSC is expanding its MEA sales footprint and seeks a Sales & Business Development Specialist to drive growth across the region. The role involves identifying new customers, managing opportunities and collaborating with partners to close deals.

You will be commercially minded, proactive and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you. This is an individual contributor role with clear revenue ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in sales, business development or account development in AV/tech/B2B.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and develop new customers, projects and business opportunities across the MEA region.
• Build relationships with end users, consultants, integrators, contractors and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and how Q-SYS solutions add value.
• Own opportunities from engagement to order closure and negotiations.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations and workshops with technical teams.
