Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales growth and market share.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance strategies for Pierre Fabre brands in the Middle East.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, market share, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Propose data-driven solutions to optimize performance across markets.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and supply chain for effective execution.
• Manage budgets for performance initiatives and ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for trends.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Lead regional performance improvement projects including campaigns and launches.
• Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and stakeholders in the Middle East.
