Job summary

Pierre Fabre Middle East Management Consultancies LLC S.O.C is seeking a seasoned Training Lead to drive medical and commercial training across MEA Export markets, aligning with global brand strategy.

You will design and deliver programs for distributors, clinicians, and internal teams, develop engaging e-learning modules, and monitor training effectiveness while collaborating with regional and HQ teams to advance scientific positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacist, or related field.
• 5+ years in training roles within pharma, dermo-cosmetics, or healthcare.
• Strong scientific knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (online and offline).
• Digital fluency for e-learning and virtual training tools.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent business English required.

Responsibilities

• Training Strategy & Delivery: design and implement training for distributor field forces, beauty advisors, pharmacists, and internal teams; adapt materials for scientific, commercial, and digital audiences; conduct live and virtual sessions; ensure messaging aligns with global brand strategy.
• Scientific Engagement: serve as scientific referent for Export markets; organize meetings with healthcare professionals; update technical materials for accuracy and compliance; support post-marketing studies and scientific platforms.
• Educational Content Development: create engaging training content including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive tools; develop quizzes and assessments; monitor training effectiveness.
• Competitive & Market Intelligence: collect and share insights on competitor products and market trends relevant to training; ensure content reflects latest updates.
