Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience as Marketing Specialist / Generalist in UAE.
• Hands-on experience in executing Lead generation and supporting regional events.
• Strong branding, creativity, and teamwork with initiative and problem-solving.
• Experience with marketing tools and web enhancement tools.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Photoshop; has worked on presentations, reports and HTML.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What you will do

The Marketing Specialist is a key role within of our regional marketing team and reports into the Head of MEA Marketing and Communications and will be based in our regional office in Dubai. The Marketing Specialist is partially strategic and operational role and will be supporting and executing our Lead generation, marketing, branding, and event strategy for our Smart Building technologies and solutions across Middle East and Africa.

How you will do it

As a Marketing Professional you will be using your expertise and experience to implement and support marketing campaigns, develop customer communication programs using our Marketing Automation Platform Pardot, and leverage Sales Force to generate effective sales leads and enhance measurement of the effectiveness of the action. You will also be responsible for managing our digital tools, social media channels, Google AdWords campaigns and will enhance our website using CMS Sitecore tool.

As a Marketing Professional you will be accountable for all the marketing projects and inquiries across Middle East & Africa region. You will develop the structure, administrate & update local marketing repositories. You will support the preparation of strong value content such as white papers, webinars, videos, and animations as a base for best-in-class digital campaigns

As a Marketing professional you will use your experience to develop global marketing news updates and execute the marketing strategy in daily priorities that keep the departments functioning and facilitate the duties of the marketing managers. You will use your expertise to support regional events and trade shows in strong cooperation with the business partners, create and update documents and creative files including presentations, reports, spreadsheets, Photoshop editing, html, etc and also proofread and support sales enablement and communication efforts coordinated by other team members.

What we look for

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Marketing Specialist / Generalist within matrix organization in UAE
• Hands‑on experience in executing Lead generation, & supporting regional events / trade shows
• Great passion for branding, creativity, determination to achieve the objective, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to problem solve and teamwork
• Recent or past experience of working on different marketing tools
• Solid experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop and has worked on presentations, reports, spreadsheets, Photoshop editing, Indesign html, etc.
• Recent or Past experience using web enhancement tools
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and verbal
• Strong writing, editing, and researching skills
• High level knowledge of MS Office
• High level of customer service ability
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
