Job summary

Opus 2, a global leader in legal software and services, is seeking a regional senior client success and business development professional based in the MEA region. You will manage key client relationships, lead account planning, and collaborate with Marketing on regional campaigns.

You will oversee post-quotation to hearing processes, maintain Salesforce & Power BI data hygiene, monitor KPIs, and travel as needed to meet stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing business development, account management, or client success.
• Understanding of arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution processes.
• Familiarity with the MEA legal and arbitration landscape.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to clients.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM solutions (Salesforce) and business intelligence tools (Power BI).
• Based in the MEA region with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key client relationships and strategic partnerships across the MEA region
• Lead strategic account planning and outreach activities
• Identify and pursue upcoming hearings and opportunities to grow pipeline activity
• Oversee client success activities from post-quotation through to the hearing
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute regional campaigns and events
• Manage Salesforce and Power BI reporting and data hygiene
• Monitor KPIs and support regional reporting
