Job summary

Opus 2 is seeking a Market Development Associate to manage and grow key client relationships and strategic partnerships across the MEA region. You will drive growth in our Hearings business and support the full client lifecycle from business development through client success.

The role combines strategic account management, business development and marketing collaboration to expand our regional footprint, deepen client relationships and ensure operational excellence across MEA.

Qualifications

Experience in client-facing business development or account management.
Understanding of arbitration or dispute resolution processes is a plus.
Ability to present to clients and run demos.
Willingness to travel within MEA and to London/Amsterdam offices.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop key client relationships and strategic partnerships across MEA.
Lead strategic account planning and quarterly MEA Account List management.
Identify opportunities to grow pipeline and regional hearings.
Coordinate regional events, campaigns and content initiatives.
Maintain Salesforce and Power BI reporting and data hygiene.
