Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is hiring Head of CDZ Operations- MEA in Dubai, UAE. You will oversee MEA CDZ operations, drive process optimization, and lead digital transformation initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and customer service across the region.

Requirements include 5+ years in freight/logistics, strong project management, and a university degree with preference for logistics/finance qualifications. This is an on-site role based in Dubai with regional scope.

Qualifications

5+ years in freight forwarding or logistics.
Experience in business process management.
Strong project and program management skills.
Education: university degree; professional cert preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead CDZ Operations for MEA and drive process optimization.
Design and implement regional programs for efficiency and quality.
Champion digital transformation and automation initiatives.
Develop training plans and monitor training effectiveness.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with policy and strategy.
