DHL Supply Chain, a leading logistics partner, is seeking a Business Development Director for Life Sciences & Healthcare in the MEA region. The role blends deep LSHC sector know-how with contract logistics leadership to identify opportunities and translate customer needs into innovative supply chain solutions.

Qualifications
- Extensive BD experience within Contract Logistics.
- Strong exposure to Life Sciences & Healthcare sector.
- Ability to influence across countries and functions in a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute MEA LSHC BD strategy to grow revenue and market share.
- Identify and secure strategic LSHC opportunities across the region.
- Build sector pipeline and accelerate growth with strategic customers.
- Lead RFIs, RFQs and RFPs and develop sector-specific supply chain solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations with value-based selling.
- Build relationships with LSHC customers, stakeholders and associations.
- Partner with country BDS teams, Operations, Solution Design and regional teams.
- Bring market and customer insights to regional strategy.
- Develop regional LSHC BD community and share best practices.
