Job summary

SimCorp in Abu Dhabi seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on the MEA market. You will identify new business opportunities, engage prospects by phone, email, and social media, and qualify leads for the sales team.

This role offers exposure to regional government and financial clients, collaboration with sales, pre-sales, and marketing, and a clear path to Sales Manager. Fluency in English and Arabic and the ability to manage high outreach volume are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant BDR experience in capital markets or software sales.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of complex solution selling approaches.
• Ability to perform high-volume outreach to generate engagements.
• Advanced PC skills: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities for the sales team in target accounts.
• Initiate contact via phone, email, social media with relevant stakeholders.
• Nurture inbound leads using SimCorp's sales best practices.
• Assist with Account Based Marketing for key target accounts to build intelligence and relationships.
• Maintain CRM data in Salesforce and update accounts and contacts.
