F5 Networks in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive inbound Arabic leads and engage with customers to grow the EMEA pipeline. You will collaborate with sales and marketing to execute targeted prospect plans and advance opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Arabic fluency with English beneficial, prior BD/tech sales experience, and a passion for learning.

Qualifications

Fluent written and verbal Arabic; English also beneficial.
Experience in business development or a related degree is helpful.
Sales experience in a technology company is a bonus.
Inbound sales development experience is advantageous.
Desire to learn and grow within a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

Support and develop all inbound Arabic leads.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to plan prospect communications.
Innovate and improve the sales development process.
Efficiently manage leads using prospecting tools and inbound techniques.
Meet and exceed monthly targets by scheduling qualified meetings in the Middle East.
Educate the market about F5 products and services.
Stay informed about technologies and industry trends.
Update CRM (Salesforce) ensuring data is current.
Coordinate with other departments for feedback on quality/quantity of leads.
Attend local tradeshows and customer events as needed.
