Job summary

Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, seeks a MEA Schneider Digital Business Partner to drive digital transformation across the MEA Zone. You will partner with business leaders, promote digital tool adoption, and translate requirements into actionable digital solutions, coordinating with global and regional teams to ensure value delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, Business Partnering, or Project Management.
Experience with cross-functional and multicultural teams in a matrix organization.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders on all Schneider Digital-related topics across the MEA Zone.
Act as a trusted digital consultant, promoting the adoption of digital tools and fostering a digital mindset.
Translate business requirements into actionable digital solutions.
Drive deployment and adoption of digital transformation and AI initiatives with measurable value.
Support roadmaps and prioritization for digital initiatives across multiple domains.
Coordinate project execution with global and regional Schneider Digital teams.
Monitor progress, communicate updates, and ensure delivery within timelines and budgets.
