Haleon is looking for a Management Trainee to join their exciting program in Dubai. In this role, you will bridge the Marketing and Commercial teams, assisting in various initiatives while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

The ideal candidate should be a recent UAE National graduate in Marketing or Business Administration with strong organizational and communication skills. The position offers a diverse and hybrid work environment with numerous career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and commercial projects.
• Maintain and organize marketing materials and documentation.
• Support the analysis of market trends and competitor activities.
• Help prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings.
• Facilitate communication between the Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Assist in scheduling and organizing team meetings and events.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Support administrative tasks related to budget tracking and resource allocation.
