Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacist, or related field.
• 5+ years in training roles within pharma, dermo-cosmetics, or healthcare.
• Strong scientific knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (online and offline).
• Digital fluency for e-learning and virtual training tools.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent business English required.

Responsibilities

• Drive training strategy across MEA export markets and deliver scientific and commercial training.
• Act as scientific referent for export markets and support engagement with healthcare professionals.
• Create engaging training content, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive tools.
• Monitor training effectiveness and share insights on market trends.
