Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years in sales, marketing, or learning in healthcare.
• Experience supporting multi-country organizations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional commercial capability strategy.
• Identify capability gaps across sales, marketing, distributor and leadership teams.
• Create annual learning plans for growth initiatives, product launches and market expansion.
• Establish competency frameworks and learning pathways for commercial roles.
• Design and deliver training on value-based selling, customer engagement and negotiation.
• Lead onboarding programs and development pathways for commercial employees.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR, Global Learning to design programs.
• Measure learning impact with certifications, field observations and business metrics.
