Job summary

Blackline Safety is seeking a Manager, Client Success to lead a 5-8 person team and drive client goals, product utilization, and retention. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to support growth across existing and future clients.

You will coach and mentor Client Success Managers to develop strategic account plans, ensure currency with Blackline products, and oversee renewals and expansion opportunities. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leading a customer-facing support team.
• Ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Client Success team of 5-8 managers.
• Oversee client renewals and contracts to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support client goals and product adoption.
• Coach team to develop strategic account plans and maintain product expertise.
• Report KPIs to management and optimize team schedules for global coverage.
