Job summary

Blackline Safety is seeking a Manager, Client Success in Dubai to lead a 5-8 person team, drive client goals, and oversee daily operations across regions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure retention, renewal success, and expansion opportunities while upholding the company’s client-centric culture.

This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and a proven ability to translate data into actions.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent certification in business is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years leading a customer-facing support team.
• Proven track record of energizing a group to meet targets.
• Ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to identify meaningful metrics for reporting and analysis.
• Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Client Success team of 5-8 managers in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Oversee retention and renewal of customer contracts, including quotes and expansion opportunities.
• Apply sales methodologies to create and close opportunities for account growth.
• Coach team members to develop strategic customer account plans.
• Ensure team currency on Blackline Safety products and services.
• Provide KPI reports to management and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
