Job summary

Omanyp, a leading global dental solutions company, seeks an experienced Business Development Manager MEA to expand its CAD/CAM portfolio across the Middle East & Africa. You will drive growth, build distributor capability, and lead regional product launches.

Based in Dubai or able to travel MEA, you bring 7+ years in dental business development, strong CAD/CAM and imaging experience, and proven leadership. You will train distributors, develop strategic plans, and represent Omanyp at industry

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
7+ years of commercial experience within the dental industry.
Experience in a regional MEA business development role.

Responsibilities

Drive growth across CAD/CAM, Imaging, Treatment Centre and Instruments portfolio in MEA.
Develop distributor capability by delivering product, commercial and clinical training.
Coach distributor sales teams to improve product knowledge and engagement.
Lead regional product launches and manage product lifecycle.
Partner with distributors on planning, forecasting, pricing and BD activities.
Represent the business at dental congresses, exhibitions and education events.
Build relationships with key opinion leaders, dental universities and strategic customers.
Gather market intelligence on competitors and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, customer service and clinical education teams.
