Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai, UAE is seeking an ME HR Services Specialist to support HR services and the employee lifecycle across the Middle East. You will help deliver efficient HR support, maintain accurate data, manage HRIS transactions, and respond to employee queries.

The role collaborates with HR partners, payroll, and other stakeholders to drive data quality, reporting, and HR process improvements, enabling a smooth employee experience during onboarding, transfers, changes, and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong HRIS/Workday experience.
• Data management and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Support onboarding, transfers, changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with payroll and HR teams as needed.
• Support HRIS/Workday transactions and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation.
