Virtusa in Dubai seeks an experienced MDM Lead to own and drive Master Data Management initiatives, aligning with business objectives. The role focuses on support, design, and delivery of MDM applications, ensuring data quality and governance across enterprise data for informed decision-making.

The candidate will influence the broader data management community, with deep knowledge of MDM features, cross-referencing, survivorship, and rule definition.

Qualifications

• Over 15+ years of experience in MDM, especially banking, with strategy definition and architecture design.
• Expert in Oracle Customer Hub, Oracle Enterprise Data Quality, Siebel UCM, and Oracle Data Integrator.
• Skilled in designing Data Steward UIs, managing merge/unmerge, and automating suspect queue resolution.
• Strong knowledge of MDM features like cross-referencing, survivorship, source data history, publish/subscribe models.
• Proven ability to define data quality rules, conduct root cause analysis, and lead data quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, support, and deliver MDM applications and solutions tailored to business needs.
• Provide standards, guidelines, and code reviews for enterprise MDM practices.
• Document procedures and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Track activities using ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Operate within the framework of MDM policies, group policies, and organizational governance.
• Ensure ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence.
• Offer guidance and solutions to team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Make decisions within the scope of the approved authorization matrix.
