Job summary

Talents of Endearment is seeking a Senior Manager / AVP for Data Quality & Governance to elevate the enterprise data program in a leading multinational financial institution in Dubai. You will lead CDE definition, monitoring, remediation, and executive reporting while partnering with senior stakeholders and regulators.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Management, or BI.
• Strong Banking / Financial Services experience.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and regulators.
• Prior UAE/GCC banking exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data Quality Framework implementation and governance.
• Define, maintain, and govern Critical Data Elements (CDEs).
• Develop dashboards and KPIs; monitor Data Quality dimensions.
• Manage Power BI dashboards for multiple functions (Retail, Corporate, Compliance, Finance, Risk).
• Support regulatory audits and provide management responses and evidence packs.
• Coordinate with Data Owners, Stewards, and executives on remediation plans.
