Job summary

Talents of Endearment Careers in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Manager / AVP to lead the enterprise Data Quality & Governance program. You will champion the data governance maturity across business, risk, finance, compliance, and international banking functions, driving CDE definitions, dashboards, and executive reporting.

We expect strong regulatory experience, a track record in Data Quality leadership, and collaboration with senior stakeholders and regulators.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Management, or Business Intelligence
• Strong experience in Banking or Financial Services
• Proven track record managing enterprise‑wide Data Quality programs
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and regulators
• Prior UAE or GCC banking experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Data Quality Leadership: Lead the enterprise Data Quality Framework development and operation
• Governance Management: Govern CDEs across units; lead governance forums
• Regulatory & Audit: Support internal and external audits; prepare responses and evidence packs
• Data Governance Enablement: Maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage initiatives
• Program & Project Delivery: Lead Data Quality initiatives across countries and programs
• Executive Reporting: Prepare quarterly Data Governance & Data Quality SteerCo presentations and executive summaries
