Job summary

UHRS is seeking an experienced SAP MDM/MDG Project Manager to lead enterprise Master Data Management initiatives across SAP and non-SAP landscapes in the UAE. The role focuses on delivering large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs and shaping enterprise data governance and quality.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of SAP project delivery experience.
5+ years leading Master Data Management or Data Governance programs.
Strong experience with SAP MDG and/or TIBCO EBX.
SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
Knowledge of Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, Material, and Financial Master Data.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end MDM transformation projects (Explore, Design, Build & Test).
Drive Master Data Governance strategies and operating models.
Manage SAP S/4HANA and TIBCO EBX implementation initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, integration teams, and implementation partners.
Oversee data quality, governance, migration, and harmonization activities.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and executive reporting.
