Job summary

Keolis.MHI in Dubai seeks an experienced MMS Database Administrator to manage the Maximo-based Maintenance Management System, ensuring data quality, system integrity, and smooth operation across the business. You will champion change control, develop documentation, and deliver user training.

The role requires deep Maximo knowledge, strong SQL skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to optimize asset management processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with Maximo 7.6.x or higher.
• Experience with MAS is desirable.
• Experience with Maximo Anywhere development and deployment is desirable.
• Experience with MIF integration and BIRT reports.
• Strong SQL/TSQL experience and data queries.
• Experience and knowledge of Java classes.
• Experience with Automation Script.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day MMS operation management and helpdesk ticket administration.
• Act as MMS champion and gatekeeper for changes and testing procedures.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with defined criteria.
• Develop and update technical documentation and procedures.
• Deliver MMS training materials across business units.
• Maintain MMS hardware/software and capture system performance data.
• Develop complex SQL queries to support user needs.
• Support and monitor MMS third-party integrations.
• Deputise for MMS Solution Architect Manager when needed.
• Assist in business-case development for system investments.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
