Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior Maximo SME Technical Functional Application Developer based in the United Arab Emirates. This strategic role blends hands-on Maximo configuration with business analysis to support a major asset management transformation.

You will work across MAS 8 upgrade, MIF, Java, and BIRT reporting, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a technical-functional resource with IBM Maximo EAM
• Experience with IBM Maximo 7.x and MAS 8 configuration/support
• Hands-on knowledge of MIF and Java/BIRT reporting
• Experience in EAM and upgrade projects with solution design
• Strong requirements analysis and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Act as senior SME for IBM Maximo EAM solutions
• Configure, customize, and enhance Maximo apps to meet reqs
• Support upgrade to MAS 8 and ensure performance
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, implement solutions
• Provide guidance across Maximo apps and business processes
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and recommend best practices
• Translate business needs into designs and configurations
• Work with MIF, Java, BIRT to deliver robust solutions
• Maintain technical documentation
• Coordinate technical activities and project milestones
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary team
