Responsibilities

• Maintain professional records and handovers with the family and Medical Staff Talent.

A private family in Dubai requires a UK & European-trained maternity nurse, to take on the confidential nursing placement appointment. The family asks for someone unobtrusive, thoughtful and consistently excellent, whether the day brings feeding, sleep and settling routines or an unexpected call. The family's calendar runs from Dubai to Europe and back, and you follow it, planning ahead for keeping a newborn's routine steady across time zones before each departure. The family takes you on and contracts with you personally; Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies. Requirements Only a maternity nurse registered in the UK or Europe will be considered, ideally with hands-on strength in newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery. We need 5+ years of qualified practice before introducing you, preferably including one-to-one or private-practice work. Applications are considered from UK and European-trained clinicians only, a standard the family does not relax. Polished English is required for handovers, records and conversations with the family, alongside absolute discretion about the family's affairs. We complete verification of your registration and training before the family is involved, a step we never skip for a maternity nurse. Benefits The package is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family looks after your accommodation within its residence in Dubai from arrival. Paid leave comes from the family and is written into your terms, and the family supports a settled, long-term working life in Dubai. The contract you sign is with the family, with Medical Staff Talent introducing but never a party to it. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
