A private family in Dubai requires a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse for exclusive household engagement. The role calls for dependable nursing judgement with total discretion in the home. Whenever the household moves between Dubai and its European residences, the maternity nurse goes with them, so the family never has to start again with a stranger. Employment is agreed with the family in a direct agreement, after we have introduced and verified you. Requirements Candidates need a recognised nursing degree and current registration within a UK or European system. At least 3 years of nursing experience in one-to-one settings so that you manage a routine confidently. Our shortlists include only those trained and registered in the UK or Europe, and we check this before any introduction. Fluent English and a signed confidentiality agreement are essential to this appointment. Discretion, reliability and a trusted presence at home are required. You must be comfortable with frequent travel and a flexible routine with documents always in order. Benefits The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides accommodation within its residence, and travel. Regular paid leave, return flights to your home country and a stable, settled routine come with the appointment. Your contract is with the family and no one else, with terms discussed openly before you decide. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
