Private Medical Recruitment for the Gulf | UK & European Trained Specialists
Who We Place: Private & Maternity Nurses, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, Private & Concierge Physicians
A Dubai family would like a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse to lead newborn care at home. The family wants evidence-based practice and clear communication at every step. The newborn's first summer will be spent at the family's villa near Cannes, and you continue the same routine there. Night feeds and handovers with the nanny are yours to organise. Requirements Midwifery or nursing registration from the UK or Europe is required. A minimum of 5+ years' post-registration nursing experience, much of it with newborns. Evidence-based feeding and sleep practice is important to this family. English is fluent and confidentiality comes naturally. Infant resuscitation training must be current. Benefits Salary is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your private room within the family's residence, meals and flights are provided. Days off are agreed with the family in advance. You are employed by the family under a contract you sign with them. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
