On behalf of a private family in Abu Dhabi, we are sourcing a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse. The post suits a maternity nurse who values quiet nights and clear routines, and the family expects clear written updates. Expect periods abroad with the family each year and newborn and maternal care continues throughout. Our part is to introduce you and to check your credentials in full; the family issues the contract and you agree its terms with them. Requirements Qualified maternity nurse, with good standing at a UK or European regulator. A record of 3+ years in practice is expected, with dates we can verify. Training and registration must be British or European, for every mandate. Confident English, written and spoken, is expected, and an NDA is signed before any detail is shared. We confirm your registration directly with the regulator, and the results are shared with you before they go to the family. Benefits Salary is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within the family's residence. Leave is agreed with the family and paid, and your journeys home are covered too. Nothing is left implied: the family pays you itself, with no intermediary in the chain. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
