Private Medical Recruitment for the Gulf | UK & European Trained Specialists
Who We Place: Private & Maternity Nurses, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, Private & Concierge Physicians
For a private family in Dubai, we are searching for a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse to work closely and quietly with the family. The family looks for a maternity nurse whose newborn and maternal assessment is rigorous, within the privacy of the family home. As the family moves between Dubai, London and the Mediterranean, you hold the same exacting standard of care in every residence. Verification of the maternity nurse's qualifications is ours; any offer comes from the family, and you accept it directly with them. Requirements We require a nursing qualification and current registration, with documents available for our checks. 2 years spent in nursing practice is required, reviewed in detail during assessment. We shortlist the maternity nurse exclusively from UK and European training systems, and it is verified at source. A signed NDA is a condition of this appointment, and we test this before an introduction is made. You will need to be at ease with frequent travel, with the continuity the family expects. Benefits You will earn from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Relocation to Dubai is arranged by the family, and you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. The family offers a permanent footing, with leave agreed at the outset in your contract. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
