A new confidential newborn care post has been entrusted to us by a private family in Abu Dhabi, and it calls for a UK & European-trained maternity nurse, for a residence where privacy comes first.

A maternity nurse here accompanies the family abroad as readily as at home in Abu Dhabi, and the family expects composure on every journey.

Employment sits wholly with the family; our involvement is verification and introduction.

Requirements

Your maternity nurse qualification and registration must sit within the UK or Europe, with a spotless professional record.

Practice in maternity nursing for 2 years, gained after qualifying, ideally close to families or private clients.

We consider maternity nurses whose training and registration sit in the UK or Europe; we review it carefully for the Abu Dhabi residence.

Strong English matters in a quiet confidential newborn care post, and you will keep the family's affairs entirely private.

A maternity nurse in this post should enjoy travel; the newborn and the mother's recovery must stay consistent from place to place.

The package is gross, from €5,000 a month.

The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

A quiet, private room or suite within the family's residence is provided by the family.

Paid leave comes with the post, and the family provides your flights home; stability of tenure is part of what the family offers.

Your lodging and transport on European stays are provided by the family, with nothing to reimburse or reclaim.

Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.

Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.

Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.

Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.

The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
