Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an experienced Storekeeper to manage materials, tools, equipment and site inventory for villa projects. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of construction materials, inventory control and documentation to ensure efficient store operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with project teams, issuing materials against approved requests and keeping the store organized, labelled and secure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably on UAE construction sites.
• Good knowledge of civil, MEP, finishing, and general construction materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/stock reporting.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and daily inventory records.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, record, and properly store incoming construction materials.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records for materials, tools, and equipment.
• Issue materials to site teams against approved requests and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify the concerned team about material shortages.
• Maintain Material In/Out records, Delivery Notes, GRNs, and Material Issue documentation.
• Keep the store organized, properly labelled, clean, and secure.
• Maintain records of power tools, hand tools, and equipment issued to workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and subcontractors regarding material deliveries.
• Report damaged, missing, excess, or incorrect materials immediately.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory with system records.
