• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years in masterplan and infrastructure design with leadership.
• Proven consultancy experience delivering large-scale infra projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary masterplan and infrastructure design teams.
• Oversee design delivery from concept to tender documents.
• Develop design delivery strategies, schedules and resource plans.
• Ensure outputs meet quality, budget, program and client requirements.
• Coordinate across disciplines and manage design interfaces.
