WSP in the UAE is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background in infrastructure and master planning to lead and oversee the design of complex Land Development projects. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams and drive projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in land development, UAE planning/design experience, excellent client interaction, and a proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Land Development disciplines (Civil Engineering, Utilities, Roads, Transport Planning, Master Planning)
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects in the UAE
• Degree in Land Development discipline preferred (e.g. Civil Engineering, Utilities, Roads, Transport Planning, Master Planning)

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage Land Development master planning and design projects (Master Planning, Transport Planning, Roads, Utilities, Landscape).
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams with mentorship and motivation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and ensure deliverables meet budget and schedule.
