Job summary

SSH in Dubai seeks an experienced Lead Landscape Architect – Infrastructure to lead the landscape and public realm design delivery for major infrastructure and large-scale development projects. The role requires coordinating with master planning, roads, utilities, urban design, architecture and engineering teams to ensure integrated design delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of landscape architecture experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of landscape architecture experience.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects.
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the landscape architecture and public realm design for major infrastructure, master planning and large-scale development projects.
• Manage projects through concept, schematic, detailed design and tender/construction stages.
• Develop and oversee landscape strategies covering hardscape, softscape, streetscape, public spaces, planting and landscape infrastructure.
• Coordinate landscape requirements with roads, utilities, drainage, irrigation, lighting and other disciplines.
• Provide technical leadership and reviews of drawings, specifications, and design packages.
• Mentor and guide landscape architects and designers within the team.
• Support senior management with proposals, presentations and client engagement.
