Job summary

Arada is seeking a seasoned Planning & Scheduling professional to manage master programmes, governance, and integrated schedules across its development portfolio in the UAE. The role involves coordinating with design, procurement, commercial and delivery teams to align milestones and ensure on-time handovers.

Ideal candidates hold 10–12 years of project planning experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and a PMP/PMI-SP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of project planning and scheduling experience in real estate development or construction.
• PMI/PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Owns master programme governance and portfolio schedule management across the development portfolio.
• Reviews baseline programmes, validates sequencing and critical path logic.
• Develops and maintains planning standards, progress reporting, and executive dashboards using Power BI and Primavera P6.
