Waagner Biro Bridge Services in Dubai seeks an experienced Mason to join our field team on diverse bridge and infrastructure projects across the UAE. You will perform masonry, plastering, tiling, and concrete repair works, reading drawings, and following project instructions to ensure quality execution.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of masonry experience, ability to work from drawings, knowledge of materials and safety practices, and the physical stamina to work in demanding site conditions.

Formación

• Read and interpret basic construction drawings and specifications.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Mason in construction projects.
• Experience in blockwork, plastering, tiling, and concrete repair works.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site safety practices.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform brickwork, blockwork, stonework, plastering, screeding, and concrete repairs as per project requirements.
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and work instructions to ensure accurate execution of masonry works.
• Construct and repair walls, partitions, foundations, pavements, and other structural elements.
• Prepare and mix mortar, cement, and other construction materials.
• Ensure all masonry work is completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other construction trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and report defects, material shortages, or site issues to the supervisor.
