Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Dubai. You will build and repair walls, floors, and other structures using bricks, concrete, and stones.

Responsibilities include site prep, measuring, laying out patterns, mixing mortar, laying units, and applying waterproofing. Prior masonry experience and ability to read blueprints are required; visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mason or similar role in construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and techniques.
