Job summary

Al MASAR AL THANI TECHNICAL SERVICES.LLC in Dubai is seeking a full-time on-site Mason to perform day-to-day masonry work, including preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and laying bricks, blocks, and stones according to project specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Masonry: constructing, repairing, finishing.

• Renovation experience restoring and upgrading masonry.

• Previous Mason experience; vocational training or certification is an advantage.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mason role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Mason will perform day-to-day masonry work including preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and laying bricks, blocks, and stones according to project specifications. Responsibilities include constructing and repairing walls, floors, and other structural elements, carrying out renovation work, and ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of masonry structures. The Mason will read and follow drawings and instructions, use appropriate tools and equipment, comply with safety regulations, and coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete tasks efficiently. The role may involve working on various types of sites, including new construction and refurbishment projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Masonry, including constructing, repairing, and finishing masonry structures.
• Candidates should possess practical experience working with Cement and related materials for mixing, setting, and finishing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Brickwork for laying bricks and blocks with accurate alignment and joints.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Stonework for cutting, shaping, and installing stones in structural and decorative applications.
• Candidates should possess experience in Renovation work, including restoring and upgrading existing masonry structures.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurements.
• Commitment to workplace safety and use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
